Question GTX 1080ti OR RTX 2070

Hi!
So im building a new gaming PC in the next couple weeks and im having a hard time choosing parts.
I have 3 options.
1: Pairing a Ryzen 5 2600x with a GTX 1080ti
2: Pairing a Ryzen 5 2600x with an RTX 2070
3: Pairing a Ryzen 7 2700x with an RTX 2070
Remember that i will not stream or do over 1080p gaming. (144Hz)
What are your thoughts? Will there be any major FPS differences between these options? And will the RTX 2070 be better in the future since it is a newer generation?

I would say no.

In that case, 1080Ti would be my preference.

1080ti is better value if you wont be using ray tracing in the rtx2070
