Hello, i am planning to upgrade my GTX 960 to a new GTX 1660 Ti and i found a deal for 300e. Is there a big difference between single fan and dual fan card?
Will graphic card work good on Cooler Master B600?

Two fans usually mean a large heatsink for better cooling. With a larger heatsink, the fans don't need to come on as quickly so the card will work without the fans being on at low stress. Two fans can spin slower than one fan while moving the same amount of air, thus two fan cards are usually quietier. I would go for the two fan model.

Oh sorry OP, didn't realize that's what it meant.

Unfortunately you can't just compare a direct single fan to a twin fan design on Turing cards I've found. Some single fan configs are really powerful, like the EVGA triple slot single fan design which is quite good.

In general, two fan designs will beat single fans, but that isn't always the case.
