GTX 550 Ti Wattage

I own a GTX 550 Ti and I came across something rather interesting.

These websites say that my GTX 550ti's max wattage is around 250-300W

So naturally I'm curious which one is right. I mean there is more than a 100W difference...

top 2 are for the whole system, bottom to just the GPU.

The rated TDP is actually wrong. The 550ti actually draws 140watts so get a decent 450watt PSU atleast.

Oh ok, I already have 500w power supply and it's running fine, it's just I wanted to make sure i had room to upgrade my cpu and motherboard later down the road.
