I own a GTX 550 Ti and I came across something rather interesting.
These websites say that my GTX 550ti's max wattage is around 250-300W
http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/graphics/2011/03/15/nvidia-geforce-gtx-550-ti-1gb-review/10
http://www.anandtech.com/show/4221/nvidias-gtx-550-ti-coming-up-short-at-150/16
Then these websites say that it runs at 116W
http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-550ti/specifications
http://www.hwcompare.com/9745/geforce-gtx-260-vs-geforce-gtx-550-ti/
So naturally I'm curious which one is right. I mean there is more than a 100W difference...
