GTX 560 PNY not working correctly?????

I just got a new gtx 560 for my Packard bell ixtreme m3720 I popped it in along with a 850w corsair psu and after a couple of hours of fiddling the screen worked.
My question is on the nvidia website it says it can run:
deus ex hr on full at 66 fps I can run it at 30?!?!?! and
crysis at full minus aa at 40 I get 30?!?!?!
So is it a cpu or motherboard bottleneck or do my drivers need updating (I updated the nvidia ones before putting the card in)
Or is the card faulty

intel quad core 2.5ghz q8300
4gb ram
640gb HDD
GTX 560 1gb PNY 810mhz
850w corsair psu

The drivers need to be updated after the card is installed, otherwise what's the point?

the card i had before was nvidia do i need to update again then?

When you put in a new GPU you need to install the appropriate drivers for it to work properly. If you were running the integrated 7100 before, you'll need to update the drivers because ones for 7 series don't work too well with cards from the 500 series. Get the new 306.23 from the Nvidia website, I just installed it today and it seems to work perfectly.

Your CPU and Ram are a bottleneck. I doubt if the Packard Bell BIOS will overclock. Definitely update drivers, download the appropriate driver and then remove old drivers with driversweeper. Then install new drivers.

do you know where to get drivers for the pb m3720 because their site is hopeless

I don't think the CPU and RAM are a bottleneck. I have a similar CPU and 4 gigs of DDR2 paired with an even more powerful version of the 560 and I haven't had any problems with bottlenecking...

I tried to update the drivers by removing them then clean installing them but it failed the install?

nvidia physx same or newer version installed
nvidia hd ausio installed
nvidia drivers installed
nvidia update componants failed
nvidia 3d vision failed
and I cant remember the rest
