GTX 560 ti 2 gb or GTX 580 3 Gb

here is my build
i5 2500k 3.30 Ghz
8 GB RAM Corsair XMS3 1333 Mhz
750 W Corsair Enthusiast TX v2
7200 RPM Seagate 500 GB
HD 5770 Gigabyte OC'd

if i should go for a GTX 560 ti 2gb model, i can SLI, if i go to a GTX 580, i won't be able to
will the GTX 580 bottleneck my system?

GTX580 and you do not have to SLI.

go with a GTX 580 which i can run would be the way to go over the long run
