GTX 680 failing?

I just got my GTX 680 with a 750w psu silverstone and a i5 3570k. When i play games the gpu usage goes to like 50% and in GTA IV it goes around 50% then dips into like 20% which makes unplayable frames. Wtf is this? How do i make it run maxed at all times?

Play around with the settings , whats the rest of your system specs?

Try a different game aswell. I am also running a GTX 680 and expiriencing similar problems with all my games, thinking of taking it back. Would play BF3 maxed out and have like 60-80 FPS and then suddenly it would drop to like 2-3 FPS and game would crash back to windows. Does this with all my games (sorry for spelling, english is my second language)
