Greetings...
My current rig is:
i7 930 (cooled by a cm hyper 212+)
asus p6t
3x2 corsair 1600 mhz
1 hd 5970 black edition
2x1 seagate 7200 rpg 500 gb
1 random dvd drive
750w corsair psu (hx? tx? idrember the name)

anyway... day 31 my computer decided "meh, i won't boot"...
theres a long beep followed by 3 short ones... "ok, i have a fried gpu, nice... way to star my new year..."

i never overclocked anything...
i... don't know why my gpu is gonne, but it is... so i decided to buy a new one...
last time i bought the top one, so i decided to do it again...
but i'm not sure if the GTX 690 is going to run well with this mobo...
what do you guys think?
And what about a gtx 680, if the 690 is going to be bottlenecked by my mobo...

Also, what the best GPU my lil p6t can handle?
Thank you, guys!

As long as you have about 6 GB/S for your Northbridge and a newer revision PCI-E X16 slot, you shouldn't be bottle necked by your Mobo. I wouldn't recommend getting a top-of-the-line GPU, it just isn't worth the extra couple FPS.

By 'top-of-the-line' you mean GTX 690? You know... I always thinking exactly the same thing... While waiting for your answers, I was checking some benchmarks... And I'm thinking I really should buy a GTX 680...
