Greetings...
My current rig is:
i7 930 (cooled by a cm hyper 212+)
asus p6t
3x2 corsair 1600 mhz
1 hd 5970 black edition
2x1 seagate 7200 rpg 500 gb
1 random dvd drive
750w corsair psu (hx? tx? idrember the name)

anyway... day 31 my computer decided "meh, i won't boot"...
theres a long beep followed by 3 short ones... "ok, i have a fried gpu, nice... way to star my new year..."

i never overclocked anything...
i... don't know why my gpu is gonne, but it is... so i decided to buy a new one...
last time i bought the top one, so i decided to do it again...
but i'm not sure if the GTX 690 is going to run well with this mobo...
what do you guys think?
And what about a gtx 680, if the 690 is going to be bottlenecked by my mobo...

Also, what the best GPU my lil p6t can handle?

As long as you have about 6 GB/S for your Northbridge and a newer revision PCI-E X16 slot, you shouldn't be bottle necked by your Mobo. I wouldn't recommend getting a top-of-the-line GPU, it just isn't worth the extra couple FPS.
 
By 'top-of-the-line' you mean GTX 690? You know... I always thinking exactly the same thing... While waiting for your answers, I was checking some benchmarks... And I'm thinking I really should buy a GTX 680...
