gtx 750 ti 2gb or radeon r7 265 ?!

my friend was asking me what he should buy

750 ti or R7 265

what the best and what the advantages ?!

and what the differences about them please ?

R7 265 is about 20% faster but GTX 750 ti draws less power and some GTX 750 ti runs on 300W PSU only drawing power from PCI-E slot . But R7 265 usually needs one 6 pin power connectors . So , if you have 300W PSU , GTX 750 ti is the right card . It is a gaming card .

the r7 265 is better, but if you have a crappy psu, get the 750 ti.

Performance wise 265 are much better. 750ti is more for people with smaller PSU. For a card that doesn't need 6 pin 750ti is the fastest card out there. (Although there are also 750ti with 6pin which usually made for factory overclocked 750ti)
