Gtx 750ti Coofix

Hey guys,so ive found this cheap gtx 750 ti http://m.ebay.com/itm/232159724438?_mwBanner=1

But its from brand that ive never heard off "Coofix" as i can see it seems prety legit, and it has 1 year warranty, so i wanted to ask you should i buy it,im on 100€ budget and i want gpu that will fit my build which is:
Asus M5A78L-M-LX3
Amd Fx 6350 Black Edition( i wont OC)
8Gb HyperX Red Fury @ 1866 Ram
Platinum Ms 400W Atx P4 MS

I will be playing on 720 P.
If something is wrong with that Gpu please recommend me another one
P.S. Will my Psu even Power those up?
(it HAS 6-pin conector)

That is not a 750 Ti. Ebay is full of these, I report them weekly. You can tell by the pictures, a 750 Ti does NOT have an SLI connector on the PCB. This is likely a 440 core.

Also forgot to mention that i currently own only Ram and PSU,so it could help suggesting me other parts,(i think i will 99% buy Fx 6300/6350) but help with Mb/Gpu/Psu will help
