GTX 950 A8 6600K bad fps

Hello guys, i've got a gtx 950 with an amd A8 6600K (8GB ram) but I only get 90-100fps on cs:go and 30-40 on GTA V, and 80-100 on Minecraft ! Help me please

All benchmarks of the 950 are with better fps then me so, I play 1920x1080 and 1024x768 on CS:GO. High settings on GTA V and low on CS:GO

Put GTA V on medium or normal settings at 1080p. Run the game and look at the framerate. Now leaving everything else as is, change the resolution to 720p and run the game again. Did your framerate take a big jump up? If it didn't then this means your CPU is holding you back. Reducing the videocard workload by reducing resolution will cause framerates to go much higher if it's the videocard that can't keep up.
