Gtx 960 or R9 280x

So I am thinking about which gpu I want. They are about the same price so I want to know which one has better performance.

the r9 280x is much better, it has 1gb more of vram and its overall Faster, just make sure you have at least a 30A on your Psu.

The R9 280x is a better performer. I'd only chose the GTX 960 if the wattage and software that comes included is important to you.

P.S.: I indeed got mistaken and said the GTX 960 was better, I've browsed through some reviews now .
