I am going to buy

i7 4790 ( i am not going to overclock)
RM 650w PSU
MSI GTX 970
Z97 Motherboard
8gb RAM

i don't wanna change my monitor
Because, With that GPU i'll get More FPS on Maxout Than in a 1080p resolution
I want to max out every game and get max 50-60 FPS

will it stress my monitor ?

It's not going to hurt anything, it's just more than you need for your current resolution. But if you are upgrading later, then it should be fine in the mean time. Just overkill. I really don't know that the upgrade to a 980 is worth it from a 970, but that's a different topic.

i5 4690 + H series motherboard will be perfect for a single 970.

Even if you stick with the i7, you don't need a Z series board if you aren't going to OC.

Can you suggest a Good Motherboard which supports all 4th Generation Intel Processors ? and also support all the parts which i am going to buy ..
