Hi folks,

I've been getting artifacts on my PC. However, they have been occurring in non-graphical intensive scenarios -> examples include:
  • Screen-wide when open the lock screen to the enter password section
  • Explorer/Firefox showing an artifact when creating a new explorer (Windows + E) or Task Manager
  • Alt tabbing into any window (including LoL client)
  • Full screening a video in Chrome or Firefox
When gaming, none of these artifacts occur. I have attached a couple of videos of what it looks like when I trigger the scenario

Does this seem to be a GPU/CPU issue and is there software that can help confirm?
I don't currently have a spare GPU or CPU to isolate the components at the moment

My current build is
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600 3.5GHz 6-Core
MB: MSI MPG B550 ATX AM4
GPU: Asus DUAL Radeon RX 6600
MEMORY: Kingston FURY Beast 32 (2 x 16GB)
PSU: Corsair CV650 650 W 80 + ATX

does it happen in safe mode?

have you tried reinstalling GPU drivers?
Boot into safe mode, run DDU, boot back into normal and reinstall GPU drivers

I will try both out - will send an update when done
