Question Gurgling sound at startup with a brand new AIO ?

Hey guys,

Last week in build a brand new PC with a Corsair Nautilus 360 RS AIO. For the first week or so the AiO didn't make any sound, but now only at startup it will make a bubbly/gurling sound. It makes the sound for about 1-3 seconds, but seems to increase the last few days, extending the sound to 3-5 seconds by now.
If I shut down my system and boot a few hours later, there is hardly any sound, but when I turn it off at the end of the day and boot it up again the next day (so 8+ hours later) the sound is back.

Some info about the setup:
- My AiO is top mounted and the pump is lower than my radiator.
- Pump speed are set at an automatic curve.
- Temps @ idle are around 38 degrees celcius.

What I have tried already:
- Setting the pump speed to max for 5-6 hours.
- Tilting the PC back and forth

Results after the already tried solutions:
- Sound went away for a day, but increased over time again. After a few days it's back to 3-5 seconds again and seems to increase day by day.

1. Does anyone have some other suggestions to get rid of the sound?
2. And even more important, is this harming my AiO?

Thanks for the suggestions. What do you mean by rotate it around? :)
If possible I don't want to take the block off due to having no new thermal paste, so that would be one of my last options tbh.

I think 38 idle should be fine yeah.

Move the cooler around so any bubbles caught in the block move up the tubes

If it’s only at the start it should be fine; the pump isn’t running dry and it’s not pumping air for long

Ah you mean tilting the PC back and forth? When I did this the issue was gone for 1 or 2 days but came back over the next few days.

I would treat the problem the same as you would if you have air in your central heating system in your home. You need to get rid of the air because your unit is sealed so moving the rig or parts around will just move the air around as it has no way to escape. You say it was ok when you first build the rig so i think the only way for air to be in the closed unit is if an air pocket has been created by loss of liquid.
Take a good look at your rig and see if you can spot any leaks or signs of drip marks anywhere in the case.

I dont have an AIO but i dont see any other way that air can be in a sealed unit.

I don't see any leakages. Everything seems fine with the AiO from the outside.
