Hi guys, what software can I use to control fan/pump speed for this AIO?

I believe you use the Corsair icue software.

Yep the iCue software controls both the fans and the pump. I have the H150i Pro and iCue has improved quiet a bit and provides fairly easy control of the fan and pump speeds.
