Question H370 AORUS GAMING 3 WIFI BIOS UPDATE [HELP NEEDED]

Motherboard: H370 AORUS GAMING 3 WIFI
CPU: Intel Core i5-8500
GPU: GTX1070

Hi. So I have been recently(Started yesterday) getting some "Micro stutters" on my steam games (don't know if it is exclusively steam games). Its like 1-second freeze every now and then, so I figured I probably have to update my software.

I found out the version I have now is a F11 17.09.2018
Whilst on the site they have BIOS versions go up to F13 2019/06/27.
Now my question is, should I update to the F13?
I have had my pc for a year, or it is going to be a year in October. Why I didn't download the latest BIOS first when I got my PC set up beats me.

I'm still not experienced when it comes to pc, hardware, and software, this is why I am turning for help here.

I'd try a system restore to a previous point, if recently updated a driver or installed some software.

Problem is, I haven't updated anything or installed anything. Except for Windows 10 update, which I cancelled because It took too long, it then undid all the updates and shortly after the mini stutters appeared... But I just installed the new windows 10 update, everything is up to date except for the BIOS (I assume).
EDIT: But should I update my BIOS anyway?

Nope, if everything running, there's no reason to update it.
