Seagate has had way too many issues lately and should be avoided until they can make a reliable product.
If you are planning on keeping this system long term, I would seriously consider changing out the psu to a corsair 550. I had a similar psu as you that seemed to work fine and then at 2 years old it blew up taking the mobo and cpu with it. Cheaper psu's lack the safety features to prevent your other components from getting fried in the case the psu fails.
