Question Hard drive not being recognised

I have an issue with my HDD, it was never happening before, but ever since replacing my Memory, CPU, and MBoard, It is not being recognized on This PC or Disk Management.
I have switched power cable, SATA cable, connector on motherboard, but to no avail. If someone could advise what to do next it would be great

FYI: I have not installed my new motherboard CD Driver because my optical drive isn't currently working, could that be why? My motherboard is AORUS B450 Elite

I have used it before (about 10 days before), It's not in the device manager and I'm not sure about this bios

I have a WD Blue 1TB Hard Drive, an AORUS B450 Elite motherboard

Funnily enough, a different PSU cable was plugged in, but unfortunately, I switched it to a new one and still isn't working. Thank you for bringing that up though
