Hard drive

Hello,
hard drive has been disabled and os is missing..trying to do a clean install but it asks for drivers for the hard drive....help!!

We're going to need more than that. How is the hard drive disabled? What is the model of your computer?

I don't think it's asking for hard drive drivers, as they don't need them.

I think it's asking the the drive controller drivers, as it can't see any hard drives.

Try doing a (drive) recovery during install, and get to a command promt.

Run "DISKPART," and "list disk" to see if it sees any drives. If it does, note if it says "offline." If it does, put it "online."
