and no, that build should be pretty easy to OC especially since you have a cpu with an unlocked multiplier
although for about $10 more, you could get a 4870 instead fo the 4850:

It would be worth looking at a 1gig gfx card model too, especially if you game at higher resolutions. I have that same case and use that HDD for storage as well. Something to also consider, adding a smaller primary HDD to the build for OS/programs and using that 640 gig as storage.
