Harddrive Partition changes on startup

My laptop gets the error message "BCD file is missing" I came to the conclusion tyhat the harddrive changes partition oupon startup, not all the time but sometimes. It takes a long time to go into command prompt every time to delete partitions on it so, is there a complete fix to this? Thanks

Thanks for the reply, though now I cannot install windows. It says "Windows cannot be installed on this disk, your hardware might not support booting from this device" or similar. Can you find a thread on how to get rid of that? Thanks...

Read it, didn't help, though now my hard drive is in RAW instead of NTFS
