hardware or software..?

I`m having problems with my G-card i just bought a new computer with the 1900xtx and i tried to update my drivers but it say that when i tried to install the drivers it says it can not find the hard ware. and when i start my computer it says "error can not read video card" i tried my card on a game i got with the card and it kept crashing. my motherboard is the asus A8R32 mvp Deluxe. I have tried installing new drivers without succsess. i just want to play with my new toy... :roll:

did you installed any drivers after all?....any video drivers? mobo drivers?

I'd reccomend installing chipset drivers->DirectX 9.0c->.Net framework->Ati Drivers
