Maybe. If Haswell ditches the paste used in Ivy for the solder used in Sandy and such, then it could be worth of upgrading to if you overclock, and even that much is assuming that this engineering sample is representative of what Haswell will have to offer in performance at a given frequency and that Haswell doesn't have a significant frequency boost over Sandy and Ivy.
