Having a problem.

After removing the motherboard from our computer to reseat a rattling psu and disk drive, it appears that there is no output to our monitor. The disk drive is also slower to open than I remember. I'm wondering if an improperly seated mobo (the vga and other ports on the back aren't as snug as they were) would be causing the problem.

In regard to the hard drives and everthing, it all appears to be working, fans, led's show the computer is working, processor fan is fine, ram led appears to be on, disk drives will open.
