Question Having Constant bluescreens on new computer.

I recently did a fresh install of windows in order to fix some bluescreening i was seeing about 30 to 50 min on anygame or the game itself will crash.

All drivers are updated
Windows Bluescreenview has a couple codes
I have tested memory sticks they are 100%
Graphic cards nor CPU will crash under load from a stress test
Computer can stay on without gaming

Not sure what else to do I have a couple crash files ill upload if anything else is needed let me know ill respong quiock

whipped windows since I could not log in while I was in safe mode and couldn't get it to get networking. Monster hunter and obs have crashed but no bluescreens yet

{UPDATE} computer has crashed again after windows reset i came back from a 3 min activity and touched the mouse then the computer bluescreened

With one card inside it would still crash on fresh windows but I believe there was a windows update for logistical core usage, which must have helped my CPU possibly because I have not crashed since the update it came out in December.

Bluescreen again of course.
Changes I did
Removed the other card
moved over my usb 3.0 header
Moved my system fan header to 2
All seemed fine but while i was streaming and playing monster hunter it hard crashed to the point where it powered off came back on in a zombie state when i got back into windows i attempted a system restore point and it corrupted windows.

RESULTS FROM PRIME 95 5 HOUR TEST:
FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4

Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.x2
They only started after 3 hours or so into test
