having problem with amd fx8350

hi everyone i am having this problem with my pc i overclock the pc and start shutting down or give me some kind of error using win 10 or pc freeze hwmonitor say that my cpu is running at idle at 37c to 40c even if i overclock to 4.3 system crash
my pc spec are
asus 970 pro gaming/aura new
fx 8350
pny ddr3 16gb 1600mhz
corsair h80i in push and pull
case is a phantek eclipse 400 new
fan setup are 3 120mm in front 2 on top new
power supply corsair cx750m bronze new
gtx 760 2gb
 
Solution
I would raise your cpu voltage up some. prob need to be closer to 1.45-1.46 volts at 4.5ghz. if its fine at stock chance are your not raising your voltage enough for the higher overclock. also consider bumping your northbridge up .05 volts if you haven't adjusted it all yet.

try running prime95 test and watch your temps.

i don't see it as a power supply issue when hes trying to overclock and doesn't sound like hes dialed in the settings yet.

i know each cpu is different and but running only .07 volt increase over default fx 8350 voltage is not much for 500 MHz increase. (assuming hes disabled turbo boost) if he left turbo boost on he will have to boost the voltage even more

still doing the same right now is stable at 4.3
