Question Having problems with a USB with Write Protection

I dont know if you can help me, I try every method I could fine in Youtube but all these videos in the coment sections have the same issue "Nothing of those methods works", to name someone, I went to Registry Editor, use comands, use another programs, etc. What can actually do?

Sorry for mising that part. I have a Pen Drive and the problem is that has "Writen Protection", for some reason I cannot remove it. Like I said, I tried some methods in Youtube but doesnt work
