I have a Gigabyte AB350M-D3H rev. 1.0 on BIOS F22. I notice that my BIOS is several years back and I wanted to do the update it to make sure that it everything was up to date but when I try to do the update it saying that it can not read/recognize files. Gigabyte also comes with an app center that allows users to do the BIOS update through the server but it doesn't see any update even though the site shows that it is on update F41. From what I have read it will not update properly if I jump from 22 to 41 so I downloaded both F30 and F25 but no luck. I not totally sure what m next step would be?

Did you follow MB manual exactly ? Downloaded BIOS comes in .zip format, you have to unzip it to a Fat32 formatted USB for BIOS to recognize it.
File comes as "mb_bios_ga-ab350m-d3h_f50a,zip) and when unzipped BIOS is
"350MD3H.50a"
