Question HDD not working ?

i have connected an HDD to my PC and after turning my PC on it automatically started disk repair but the light gone and now my hard disk is unusable. i can't even see the HDD connected in the BIOS.

simply i turned off my pc and then connected sata cable and HDD power cable my pc is Hp Compaq dc5800 Small Form Factor

first my pc and bios has detected it but after light gone while disk repair my bios has stopped showing hard disk and also my pc and win 10 is unable to detect it not even in disk manager
