Question HDD Showing full, but not full.

I recently decided to switch all my older laptop HDDs to SSDs. My primary has a 750gb Hdd that windows explorer shows has 228gb used, the rest free/empty. I was trying to "update" to a 500gb SSD, but the cloning software MiniPartition shows the drive as 100% full, so I can't migrate the software. I don't need that large of a disk, which is why the change. Everything but that program shows there is a ton of space and it is not full. Granted, I have minipartition free installed, but is should still show correct disk space even if it wont actualy clone to the new drive. Help?

Install and run either WinDirStat, or WizTree.

Run as Administrator, selecting only the drive in question.
Post a screencap here.

Also, a screencap of your Disk Management window.
