Question HDMI 60hz looks fuzzy , 30hz smooth

hi,
I have a new proyector (TOPRECIS T8) to play movies a play videogame. i watch movies trough USB, everything good. but when i plug the hdmi cable to my pc the image looks bad, like fuzzy. then i put in 30hz and it look smooth, good for movie, since must of movie are in 25fps. but i want to play videogames at 60fps.
so my question is, why look bad at 60hz and how could I set up at 60hz with good quality.

Since you found someone else with the same issue, I'd contact support for the projector. Looks like a low quality cheap one sources from Chinese seller sites, not really odd that it's not working well.
