Question HDMI+USB Switch

Does anyone know of a switch or hub which i can use to switch peripherals between my PC and my Laptop? I have two displays and a keyboard and mouse that i need to switch between the two computers. The Laptop has a Thunderbolt 3, DisplayPort and VGA outputs, the PC has DisplayPort and HDMI outputs. I can make one myself if i have to, i just need instruction. Preferably the cheapest thing on the market, as I would prefer not to spend very much.

KVM switches are relatively obsolete anymore. I would recommend a software solution such as ShareMouse (http://www.keyboard-and-mouse-sharing.com/ )

My issue is that in order to use both my monitors, at the same time for one PC at a time, I need to purchase the full version of this, which is a little bit pricey. Are there any other reccomendations?
