Hello, so recently I switched my motherboard and cpu, but there is an issue with my headphones. There is a constant buzzing sound playing through them, I can't hear it when something else is playing, but it is annoying to hear when nothing is playing. Something interesting though is that when there is a high cpu usage this sound goes away. For example, yesterday when I was about to stream I heard the noise, and then the second I press the start stream button it is silent.

CPU - i9 9900k

(This issue happens with multiple different headphones.)

Solution
wired headphones right ? that slot has power leak from some other component. If you use integrated sound, switch to front if possible. if not you will take a lot of effort to find where you have the leak.
one of those:
WeePro-Vpro850L-Multimeter-Voltmeter-Continuity (its not the best one, I pick first one on amazon)
will shorten the search in half, showing you what voltage is leaking.

you hear it only when lower with frequency but it leaks 24/7. Humans dont hear those high freq ranges.
