Question Headset and mic static white noise and crackling

My PC has been having audio problems for 2-3 months. It started off as the speakers sometimes not outputting audio unless I max out the volume using a chrome extension. Even then, I just got some weird robotic audio. It would fix itself eventually so I just ignored it. Then just a week ago, it developed into crackling noises, but this time I had proper audio coming out of my speakers. Next came my microphone. It was fine until last night when I played Valorant and I realized my friends couldn't hear me. My microphone had also been affected and was giving off white noise and crackling noises. Here is a recording sample from my mic.

What's wrong with my PC? I suspect it's a motherboard issue or maybe an electrical issue. I read a similar inquiry to mine and when they were trying to investigate, it resulted in a burnt motherboard so I'm quite afraid. Any help would be appreciated.

Some notes:
  • I have been using this PC since 2018. I have upgraded every component, except for the case.
  • My front panel audio ports have never worked from the beginning.
  • I live in the Philippines where ungrounded outlets are prevalent.
  • My USB Headset works fine.
  • The speakers are fine when I connect them to my phone. Unfortunately, I cannot test my microphone.
Here are my specs:
CPU:
i5-10400
CPU cooler: Air Cooling Deepcool Gamma Archer
Motherboard: B460-A Pro (I don't know the Bios Version, I haven't updated it. Age: 2 years 3 months)

SSD/HDD: Kingston SSDNow A400 240GB M.2 + SSDNow A400 240GB SATA + HDD 1TB
GPU: ASUS TUF GTX 1660 Ti 6GB EVO (bought used)
PSU: Seasonic S12 III 80 Plus Bronze PSU 550W (1 year 8 months)
Chassis: Rakk Kagi (Local brand)
OS: Windows 11
Monitor: SpecterPro G22F2-VA 22 inch
Speakers: Logitech Z120
Headset: Rakk Kusog Pro (no issue since this is USB)
Microphone: Some knockoff BM800 (never had an issue until now, though)

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

For this thread, add the make and model of your headset as well. If you're working with a standalone mic, add that too.

You're right, sorry. I was in a panic and I only listed the specs that I thought was relevant. My thoughts don't mean much since I have no idea what's going on. Anyway, updated the OP.
