Question Headset when plugged in Freezes mouse and keyboard.

So recently I purchased a new headset (Razer Kraken kitty Edition). So everytime I plugged in this headset minutes later my mouse would freeze completely and disconnects followed by my keyboard. So far whenever I’m gaming it doesn’t do that but when I’m just browsing it would from time to time, and I tried updating drivers restarting, changing usb hubs from 3.0 to 2.0. I’m at a loss here and I need help.

Which motherboard is it?

Which power supply ? brand and model please

Did you try it without a USB hub?
Did you try front and back panel USB ports of the PC?

Motherboard is MSi Z270
Powersupply Corsair RM750i

I tried every usb ports

I thought that by updating my graphics card did the trick, but now it came back again, Not only it is disabling my mouse but my keyboard as well...

I think my Razer Synapse was causing these.
