[SOLVED] headset with mic can only choose mic in or headphone exclusively.

Hi,
I have a headset with mic.
When i plug in the
pink color jack > choose Mic in > can record sound but cant hear sound
pink color jack > choose headphone > can hear sound but cant record sound.
usb extender with jack> pink color jack >unable to choose headphone or Mic in > very low recording sound, cant hear sound.

I use the same headset with usbc-to-jack to my phone, everything just work within seconds.
while using win10, i have been googleing for days, update driver, reboot, windows update and whatnot..

so my question is: is there any usb to jack soundcard/thing, that can allow me to use my headphone just like I am using my phone?

Is the connector on your headset a 4-pole connector? If so, you can get a combo-splitter thing like https://www.amazon.com/KINGTOP-Headset-Splitter-Computer-Version/dp/B01I3A47KM to plug into the output and mic input at the same time.

Thanks for the suggestion, do you think is there a usb to one jack port? Just like how the phone uses usbc to 1 jack female

There are products like https://www.amazon.com/Creative-Labs-70SB173000000-Sound-Blaster/dp/B06XBZ38ZJ and https://www.amazon.com/UGREEN-External-Adapter-Aluminum-Desktops/dp/B087T5H3MQ , but worst comes to worse, you'd just need the combo splitter in addition to whatever you want.
