Hearing a pop or a short static sometimes from headphones.

Could be that the headphones are dying, but I wanna make sure it's not the drivers so I want to install the latest drivers for my Motherboard, and I have downloaded the Winrar file but.. there are like 9 different setups there.. Which one is the right one?
