lol im trying 1.32V atm, wait 3 minutes loool

and yeah at 1.28 it still failed at 3 minute mark same core (about) same time! that is blend test

im completely stable 3.25GHz - 1:1 ram 814mhz 4-4-4-16 , 1.40vcore, 407X8
all rest was auto.

**its 3.3ghz i cant get stable. 412X8 ram 1:1 825mhz 5-5-5-15**

ok failed in 1 minute! lol 1.41vcore 1.32v fsb term, 412X8 ram 1:1 825mhz 5-5-5-15. nb 1.24v sb 1.12v vdimm 1.80v

ill try bit more fsb term and nb voltages

dam it just hung after bout 10 mins. im trying some more vcore, my temps are getting high so im not jumping to 1.45v, trying 1.418v vcore

ok i tried 1.42 vcore with 1.50v fsb term and nb voltage but the sytem reboots after about 8 minutes. i guess i need more vcore but temps are reaching 60 degrees so i have to stop.

in my holidays i might try the heatsink the other way around and see if it makes much difference.

hmmm well i love opera's interface and features but you just can't beat chromes speed.... really annoyed at all the ads and "quick survey" BS though...

is that because prime95 will puch to 70 degrees but programs usually push about 10 degrees less? i.e. my max when under user 100% use would be 60 degrees?

im trying 3.4Ghz, 8X425, at 1.468vcore. blend fails in 13 minutes. fsb and nb at 1.50v, ram at 1.80v @ 851mhz.

what can i do apart from raise vcore lol

WAHOOO!
ok 3.4ghz stable 30 mins blend, 3.4Ghz, 8X425, at 1.476vcore in bios, 1.48 in windows.
1.46vcore under idle load, C1E enabled

max temp 68 at 8k small fft. blend max temp 61 degrees. i have set TJ max to 100, so it could be 5 degrees lower!

how long will she last at that voltage?

i have just encoded a film for 18 minutes, an episode of top gear, the maximum temp i got was 51degrees. i dont think any program will take it to over 60 apart from prime95 lol

also pc is used from 4pm to 11pm weekdays, and 11am to 11pm weekends. thats the max really

2836219261_386e3ff9b0_o.jpg

when running large fft like 1024 temps reach 63 62 59 58

MAN!! why do i need such a high vcore i been readin around and people are able to use 1.40v to reach 3.6ghz and i can just stabilise my 3.4ghz at 1.476v maxing at 1.48v under prime small fft test.

i must be missing something?

ram i have always manually kept at 1.80v. as soon as i decrease vcore 1 notch prime95 blend fails core 3 in about 3minutes again.
vid is 1.3250v lol yeh i got the worst one i think, but still.....1.48v!
