[SOLVED] Help!? Black screen pc still running

What happened: running pc just fine, recording some audio and suddenly black screen but pc still running, LED are all on, fans running. Noticed my mouse and keyboard shut off as well. Stream deck still running.

Tried hard reset, wont boot to screen. Checked all connections. This is a very new build, month old maybe.

AMD ryzen 3800x
Thermaltake toughpower gold 650w
Team tforce 16gb (2x8) 3200mhz ram
Evga rtx 2080 super gpu
Crucial 750gb ssd
4 120mm case fans
Nzxt 510i case

I'm lost, has been working fine for a month no issues. CPU temps idle 40c highest I've seen are 70c. Not even a single hiccup until now but I cant even get display to run to get into bios. All research suggest possible psu issue.

I will give that a shot, it is a brand new gpu

could happens and made sure psu could handle it and cable to gpu are all well plug in .

Psu should be able to, my est power usage for my build was around 500w. 650w should be plenty of head room for slight error in estimates. I checked all connections. May have to try to reseat gpu or swap it out for another known good one. For a test. Warranty should still be good at least if it is gpu
