Hello ! My Budget can accommodate either of these three :

1. Ryzen 5 2600 + RX 580

2. Ryzen 2600X + RX 570

3. Ryzen 2600 + RX 570 + A decent CPU Cooler

Which one of these is the best value ?

Seems like the 1st Option, but why would you choose a 2nd Gen Ryzen Over a 3rd Gen ? And RX 5500 is just around the corner.

The price difference between a 2nd gen and 3rd gen in my country is about 100 USD , yes i can fit in the budget but i have to tone down a few components. Is the 2nd gen and 3rd gen really makes a huge difference ?
