Question HELP computer keeps crashing on games it used to be able to handle

Title says it all.
I replaced cpu fan this weekend and re did the thermal paste in hopes of fixing the issue, but it didnt help.
My specs:
processor: Intel i7-8700K
RAM 32 GB
Graphics Card: EVGA 1080 ti
I was able to capture the crash twice now with MSI afterburner

in the first sheet, the last data points are the crash. In the second sheet, the last data points are right after the crash
