Counter strike 2 with I7-7700k + gtx 1060 6gb

What is bottlenecking? I want to play cs2 at max performance without any disadvantage and I keep experiencing fps drops don’t care about pretty settings just want highest + stable fps

Should I go the rtx 3060 or is the cpu too outdated
