Help deciding between 2 laptops

Hello everyone
I am going to get a new laptop tomorrow and I have basically 2 options.
Tbh, in a perfect world I would go with QHD 240hz but I have concerns regarding razer brand laptops since I've read there are a lot of QC issues.
I love MSI but I just don't know if the 4k 120hz is worth over 1440p 240hz

If anyone has any other recommendations with laptops with similar specs, please advise.
Oh, and it has to be from BestBuy.

I'd pick the MSI if those were my two options. I'll take the 32GB of RAM and 3080 over the 4K display.

I personally wouldn't buy a Razer system, keyboards and mice sure, but not a PC.

Also I like the look of the MSI machine better

Quality and pixel density over refresh for me. That's just personal preference. Besides 120hz is plenty fast for a 15-inch screen IMO
