I don't know what that is but I don't think that's a real computer case. I think it's 3d printed. There are no fans or sign of a GPU, etc. It looks like someone commented the same question so perhaps wait for an answer there? You can also try looking up "open air mATX case" and see if any look similar. That's my guess on what kind of case it is.
