help finding a monitor!

i'm looking for a pc monitor, i have found a good one already but im not yet sure wheather i should get it.
my question is could somebody find me one like this (or close to it):
-£130 (or less)
-HD
-LED
-around 22" or 23"
-1920X1080
-quite bright
-2-3ms response time

i know it makes me seem a bit picky but this is really the type im looking for.
if you can help me find one i will greatly appreciate it in the mean-time im going to keep looking myself.
