After 15 minutes or so of my system being stressed via gaming it wil crash, Loud static noise in my headphones then total freeze. I have to restart my system by holding the power switch.
What could cause this? It does not crash if im playing a low stress game (Civ 5) or desktop browsing. My temps are all fine.

Solution
The only errors you might want to look at there are the critical ones
Every PC on earth seems to get DCOM errors so I would ignore those

if you are crashing with no BSOD, it might not show anything in event viewer as windows may not be aware of problem.
Have a look in Reliability history, it may show you more. It sees a restart using the reset button as a hardware error. Just so you know.
