Hello,I am a club member, but cannot connect? what is the problem, and can u fix? I have not been able to connect in over a week and I am having POGO withdrawals!

We need a few more details than that. How do you normally connect and has anything changed in the last week? Are all the lights on your router or MODEM that should be? Is your computer otherwise working properly?
