[SOLVED] Help me decide which GPU i should get

hi, i currently have an i5 2400 with 250W PSU. So i want to buy a budget graphic card under 100usd.

i want to choose between Rx 550, Rx 460 or GTX 750 Ti because all three are pretty cheap(is there any other good GPU under 100usd). I dont have plans for extensive hard core gaming, only E-sports titles like CS:GO, but main usage will be for rendering, modelling etc in 3d software. I know this generally requires high end GPUS but i cant spend more. SO considering this, what is the best options. thanks in advance for any suggestions! 😀

Which "250W PSU" do you have, specifically?

Assuming it's an OEM from a Dell or something... and if it's anything close to the age of a 2400, it's probably past it's reasonable lifespan.

"Good" is subjective. <$100 you should be able to find a used RX570 which is substantially better than any of the GPUs you listed.... but you'd need a PSU upgrade.

Even with GPUs that are strictly powered via PCIe, I wouldn't want to push close to the 75W limits provided on such a PSU.
That rules out a 750TI and 460/560 as they're all 75W.... even a 550 is 65W and probably too close for comfort.

For anything modern, that only really leaves a GT 1030 as remotely viable and under budget. Make sure you look at the DDR5 versions though.

Dude u can get 1650 super LOW PROFILE for 50 USD more and it beats all of them 2.5 times the power. To answer your question I could say 460 but do not

I'm not aware of any 1650 Supers that have launched in a low profile variant? 1650 non-supers have, but I could be wrong.

Regardless, no 1650Super is going to run on a 250W PSU.... and I'm assuming when on a budget, a GPU alone that's over budget is going to be a problem...

Oh sorry it was 1650, anyways psu wattage doesn't really matter much. So yeah 460 is the way to go but it's really old. Buy it second hand for 50 USD minimum

Eh I can say from graphics perspective it's barely low tier but it can do little 3d software stuff like blender. But srsly buy a better one at least a RX 570 in eBay. It may be cheaper than 100 USD for the used one

i think maybe the rx 570 will be pretty expensive in my country, so between rx 460, gtx 75ti and rx 550 The rx 460 is better rght?
