I am considering upgrading my cpu to an i9 9900k. I'm not really familiar with motherboards so I was hoping I could reach out here to get some insight. Currently I have an i7 7600k with a H110m-a (micro atx) MB.

CPU: i5 7600k
Cooler: Dark Rock 4
Motherboard: Gigabyte H110-A
Case: NZXT 500i
RAM: Hyper X 16 gb ddr4
GPU: Gigabyte 2060 oc pro
PSU: EVGA GQ 850W

I would prefer:
-Full ATX
-Price range: $0-150 or a little more
-RGB or no RGB (doesn't really matter but would be a bonus if it isn't too expensive)
-No built-in networking since I might switch over to ethernet
-able to support an overclocked i9 9900k
-I live in the US if that is any issue with buying the MB

You could really get down to the nitty-gritty comparing VRM thermals and such, but I don't think that matters a whole lot since it doesn't actually affect performance much. From what I remember, Asus was cheaping out on their lower-end Z390 motherbaords while ASRock was doing good (on things like VRMs). But like I said, it didn't really affect real-world performance all that much.

Motherboard: ASRock Z390 Extreme4 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($159.99 @ Amazon)
