Question help me!!! please recommend me new gen pcie wifi card for streaming

I want to buy a pcie wifi card, but I cannot find any recommendations on internet. Most of it is old thread or old website.
My ISP not open any lan port in router. So I want to buy a pcie card. I do live streaming so my goal is I can do livestreaming seamlessly.
Any recommendations?
(Or I should changing ISP? I can do that but it will take a long time, and every week I do livestream)

Are you using cellular for your internet feed? It is unusual that ethernet connectivity is prohibited.

Im using ISP that usually for public use. So there's no option for LAN, only wireless connection.

I don't know why it prohibited.
